Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following condition:

  • The item is visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us provide the best customer support and process returns efficiently, please ensure the following:

  • Record an unboxing video with a clear 360° view of the package and its contents at the time of delivery.

  • The video must show the unopened package, the unsealing process, and the item(s) received.

This video is mandatory for initiating a return request.


Return Process

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Submit your unboxing video along with your order details.

  3. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the return procedure.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
